Product features
PW planetary concealed winch gear box is the ideal driving device of winch mechanism. Compact structure, can be directly installed inside the drum, saving space, especially in the case of small space, it is a more economical solution. Proven quality and performance in demanding working conditions and environments.
The sun gear and planetary gear are carburized and hardened with high-quality alloy steel, the inner gear ring is hardened with high-quality alloy steel, and all gears are ground.
The connecting flanges of the planet carrier and the inner gear ring are made of nodular cast iron, and are optimally designed through computer simulation deformation and stress analysis.
All bearings shall be of well-known brands, with high bearing capacity of bearing system and large safety margin.
Radial skeleton oil seal and V-shaped seal are adopted for input and output, with higher safety and longer service life in complex and severe working environment.
Highly modular design makes batch production more economical and improves supply speed effectively.
