How to ensure that the oil temperature of JZQ650-48.57-1 gear reducer does not exceed 80 ℃
Generally speaking, the oil temperature of JZQ650-48.57-1 gear reducer should be controlled at no more than 80 ℃. Meanwhile, the temperature difference between the lubricating oil inside the gearbox and the surrounding environment temperature should not exceed 45 ℃.
To ensure that the oil temperature of JZQ650 reducer does not exceed 80 ℃, the following measures can be taken:

Reasonable selection of lubricating oil
Choose lubricating oil with appropriate viscosity: Select lubricating oil with appropriate viscosity according to the working conditions and requirements of the reducer. Generally speaking, in high-temperature environments or under heavy loads, lubricating oil with higher viscosity should be selected to ensure good lubrication performance and oil film strength at high temperatures, and to reduce frictional heat generation caused by the decrease in lubricating oil viscosity.
Consider the heat dissipation performance of lubricating oil: choose lubricating oil with good heat dissipation performance. Some synthetic lubricating oils have better heat dissipation characteristics than mineral oil, which can dissipate heat faster and help reduce oil temperature.
Improve heat dissipation conditions
Install cooling fan: Install a cooling fan on the casing of the gearbox to remove heat from the surface of the gearbox by forcing air flow. The air volume and speed of the fan should be reasonably selected according to the power and heat dissipation requirements of the reducer. Generally speaking, for the JZQ650 reducer, an axial flow fan with a larger air volume can be selected and installed on the top or side of the reducer to improve the heat dissipation effect.
Setting up heat dissipation fins: Add heat dissipation fins on the outer shell of the reducer to increase the heat dissipation area. The material of the heat sink is generally aluminum alloy or copper alloy with good thermal conductivity. Its shape and size should be designed according to the structure and space of the reducer, and the number and height of the heat sink should be increased as much as possible to improve the heat dissipation efficiency.
Using water cooling device: For some JZQ650 reducers with high working environment temperature or large load, water cooling device can be considered. By installing cooling water pipes inside the gearbox casing, the cooling water can flow through the pipes to remove the heat generated inside the gearbox. The cooling effect of the water cooling device is good, but it requires a reliable water source and water circulation system, and attention should be paid to preventing leakage of the cooling water pipe.
Optimize operational parameters
Avoid overload operation: Use the reducer strictly according to its rated power and load capacity to avoid prolonged overload operation. Overloading can cause the gears, bearings, and other components inside the gearbox to bear excessive loads, generating more heat and leading to an increase in oil temperature. When choosing a reducer, it should be selected reasonably based on the actual working load and a certain safety factor should be reserved.
Control operating speed: Reasonably control the operating speed of the reducer based on its performance and working requirements. Excessive rotational speed will increase the frequency of gear meshing, increase frictional heat generation, and thus lead to an increase in oil temperature. On the premise of meeting job requirements, try to choose a lower operating speed to reduce the heat generation of the gearbox.
Strengthen temperature monitoring
Install temperature sensor: Install a temperature sensor in the casing or oil tank of the reducer to monitor changes in oil temperature in real time. The temperature sensor should be selected from products with high accuracy and fast response speed, and connected to the control system to obtain oil temperature data in a timely manner.
