How to correctly install the dual stage hard tooth ZLY140-12.5-1 gear reducer

ZLY140-12.5-1 reducer is a hard toothed cylindrical gear reducer. The following is the correct installation method:

Basic preparation: The foundation for installing the reducer should have sufficient rigidity and stability to withstand the load during the operation of the reducer. The basic surface should be flat, and the levelness error should be within the specified range. At the same time, it is necessary to reserve installation holes for the anchor bolts, and the position and size of the holes should match the installation holes on the reducer base.

Gearbox in place: Use a suitable lifting device to smoothly lift the ZLY140 gearbox onto the foundation, aligning the installation holes of the gearbox with the anchor bolt holes on the foundation. During the positioning process, it is important to avoid collisions and impacts on the gearbox to prevent damage to internal components.

Anchor bolt fixation: Insert the anchor bolt into the installation hole of the reducer base and the anchor bolt hole of the foundation, fit the nut and washer, and then use a wrench to evenly tighten the nut. When tightening the anchor bolts, they should be gradually tightened diagonally to ensure that the reducer base is tightly attached to the foundation and evenly stressed.

Coupling installation: When installing the coupling, ensure that the coaxiality between the output shaft of the reducer and the input shaft of the load equipment is within the allowable range. Usually, tools such as a dial gauge are used for measurement and adjustment to avoid excessive coaxiality errors that may cause additional vibration and noise during the operation of the gearbox, and even damage to the gears and bearings.

Lubrication system installation: Install the lubrication system according to the instructions of the reducer. Including connecting lubricating oil pipes, installing oil level gauges, oil temperature sensors, and other components. Ensure that the lubricating oil circuit is unobstructed, there are no leaks, and the oil level should be within the normal range.
