Installation and maintenance of ZQ750-10-III soft tooth surface horizontal reducer for general chemical machinery
The installation and maintenance of ZQ750 reducer need to follow certain specifications and requirements to ensure its normal operation and extend its service life. The following is a detailed introduction:
install
Installation location selection: Choose a flat and solid installation foundation to ensure that the gearbox will not shake or vibrate after installation. At the same time, consideration should be given to ease of operation, maintenance, and repair, and sufficient space should be left around.
Installation method: The ZQ750 reducer has multiple assembly types, with the most common being horizontal installation. During installation, the bottom surface of the reducer should be tightly attached to the installation foundation and fixed with anchor bolts. Before tightening the anchor bolts, the levelness of the reducer should be ensured by adjusting the gasket or other methods, and the levelness error should be controlled within the allowable range.
Coupling connection: If the reducer is connected to the motor or other equipment through a coupling, ensure the installation accuracy of the coupling. The coaxiality deviation of the two shafts should meet the requirements for the use of the coupling, generally requiring a radial deviation of no more than 0.05-0.1mm and an axial deviation of no more than 0.05-0.15mm. During the installation process, tools such as a dial gauge can be used for measurement and adjustment.
Lubrication system installation: Install a suitable lubrication system according to the requirements of the gearbox. For ZQ750 gearbox, oil pool lubrication or cyclic lubrication is usually used. If it is oil pool lubrication, it is necessary to ensure that the oil level is within the normal range, which can be observed through an oil level gauge; If it is cyclic lubrication, it is necessary to install the oil pump, oil pipe and other components, and ensure that the oil circuit is unobstructed and there is no leakage.
Sealed installation: When installing seals such as oil seals and sealing rings, pay attention to their installation direction and position to ensure good sealing and prevent lubricant leakage. At the joint surface of the reducer, an appropriate amount of sealant can be applied to enhance the sealing effect.
maintenance
Daily maintenance: Check the operation status of the gearbox every day, including temperature, noise, vibration, etc. During normal operation, the temperature of the gearbox should not exceed the specified value, and the general oil temperature should not exceed 80 ℃; The noise should be stable, without any abnormal harsh or periodic noise; The vibration amplitude should be within the allowable range. At the same time, check if there is any oil leakage at the sealing point. If there is any leakage, promptly identify the cause and take appropriate measures.
Regular inspection:
Lubricating oil inspection: Check the quality and oil level of the lubricating oil at regular intervals (usually 1-2 months). If the oil is found to have deteriorated, contaminated, or the oil level is too low, the lubricating oil should be replaced or replenished in a timely manner. When replacing the lubricating oil, it is necessary to drain the oil inside the reducer, clean the oil tank, and then add new oil that meets the requirements.
Gear inspection: Regularly open the inspection hole of the reducer to check the wear of the gears. Observe whether there are defects such as wear, pitting, and cracks on the gear tooth surface, measure the tooth thickness of the gear, compare it with the original size, and determine the degree of wear. If severe gear wear is found, it should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid affecting the transmission performance and service life of the reducer.
