Installation steps for JZQ350-15.75-III cylindrical gear soft tooth surface reducer
Installation location selection: Choose a flat and solid installation foundation to ensure that the gearbox will not shake or shift during operation. At the same time, consideration should be given to ease of operation, maintenance, and repair, and sufficient space should be left around.
Connection component inspection: Check whether the input shaft and output shaft of the reducer, as well as the shaft diameter, keyway, and other dimensions of the motor, working machine, and other components connected to them, match, and whether the connection parts are damaged.
Installation connection:
Using a coupling connection: If a coupling is used to connect the reducer to the motor or working machine, it is necessary to ensure that the coaxiality of the two shafts is within the specified range. Generally, the radial displacement of the two axes should not exceed 0.05mm, and the angular displacement should not exceed 0.5 °. Tools such as a dial gauge can be used for measurement and adjustment.
Using pulley or sprocket connection: When installing the pulley or sprocket, ensure its perpendicularity and coaxiality with the output shaft of the reducer, and the tension of the belt or chain should be appropriate. Being too tight can increase the load on the shaft and bearings, while being too loose can cause the belt to slip or the chain to jump.
Fixed reducer: Use anchor bolts to firmly fix the reducer on the installation foundation. When tightening the anchor bolts, it is necessary to tighten them symmetrically diagonally to ensure a smooth installation of the reducer.
Lubrication system inspection: Check whether the lubricating oil inside the reducer is sufficient and whether the oil quality is good. If the oil level is found to be too low, lubricating oil that meets the requirements should be added; If the oil quality deteriorates, it is necessary to replace it with new oil in a timely manner.
Sealing inspection: Check the sealing parts of the reducer, such as the shaft end and the joint surface of the box, to ensure good sealing and no oil leakage. If damaged seals are found, they should be replaced promptly.
