SCWU shaft mounted circular cylindrical worm gear reducer
Working principle: The worm serves as the active component, and the worm wheel serves as the passive component. When the worm rotates, its helical teeth push the teeth of the worm wheel, causing the worm wheel to produce rotational motion, thereby achieving deceleration and torque transmission.
Application scenarios: Widely used in mechanical equipment deceleration transmission in metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, chemical industry, construction and other fields.
Installation points:
The installation relationship with the working machine: In order to avoid the bending of the working machine spindle and the generation of additional force on the reducer bearings, the distance between the reducer and the working machine should be as small as possible without affecting normal operation, and its value is generally 5-10mm.
Connection with the working machine: The reducer is directly mounted on the spindle of the working machine. When the reducer is running, the reaction torque acting on the reducer housing needs to be balanced by the reaction torque bracket or other methods installed on the reducer housing.
Installation of anti torque bracket: The anti torque bracket should be installed on the side of the gearbox facing the working machine to reduce the bending moment attached to the working machine shaft. The shaft sleeve at the connection end between the anti torque bracket and the fixed support uses elastic materials such as rubber to prevent bending and absorb the torque fluctuations generated.
Installation position and foundation: The reducer should be firmly installed on a stable horizontal foundation or base, the oil in the oil drain groove should be able to be discharged, and the cooling air circulation should be smooth.
Alignment requirement: When installing the reducer, attention should be paid to aligning the transmission center axis, and the error should not exceed the compensation amount of the coupling used.
Output shaft installation: When installing transmission components on the output shaft, it is not allowed to use a hammer to strike. Usually, assembly fixtures and internal threads on the shaft end are used to press the transmission components in with bolts.
