Working principle and structural characteristics of ZLD7-11KW spiral bevel gear reducer
ZLD7 reducer is a common type of reducer, fully known as

direct coupled cylindrical gear reducer.
Working principle
Gear transmission: ZLD reducer is mainly composed of input shaft, output shaft, gear pair, etc. Through the meshing transmission of gear pairs, the high-speed rotational motion of the input shaft is converted into low-speed rotational motion of the output shaft, thereby achieving the purpose of deceleration.
Power transmission: Power is transmitted from the input shaft, through the gear pair, and finally output from the output shaft. During the transmission process, the gear ratio of the gear pair determines the reduction ratio of the gearbox.
Structural characteristics
Single or multi-stage transmission: ZLD reducers can be single-stage or multi-stage transmission. The single-stage transmission structure is simple and suitable for situations where the reduction ratio requirement is not high; Multi stage transmission can achieve a larger reduction ratio, but the structure is relatively complex.
Hard tooth surface gear: Gears usually adopt a hard tooth surface design, which has high hardness and strength, and can withstand large loads and torques. Hard toothed gears have a long service life and high transmission efficiency.
Compact structure: ZLD reducer has a compact structure, small volume, light weight, and is easy to install and use. It can be directly installed on the drive shaft of the device, reducing installation space and transmission links.
Good lubrication and sealing: In order to ensure the normal operation of the gearbox, good lubrication and sealing measures are usually adopted. Lubrication can reduce the wear and friction of gear pairs and improve transmission efficiency; Sealing can prevent lubricant leakage and ensure a clean working environment for the gearbox.
