KAF57 reducer is a common mechanical transmission equipment with wide applications in the industrial field.

Structural characteristics

Gear transmission: Adopting helical gear bevel gear transmission, this transmission method has the advantages of high transmission efficiency, large load capacity, and low noise. The helix angle design of helical gears enables smooth transmission during meshing, reducing impact and vibration. Cone gears are used to achieve vertical output, making the structure of the reducer more compact.

Box structure: High strength cast iron box is usually used, which has good rigidity and stability. The design of the casing fully considers the needs of heat dissipation and lubrication to ensure that the gearbox can maintain good working condition during operation. Some reducers may also use aluminum alloy die-casting shells, which have a beautiful appearance, are lightweight, and have good heat dissipation.

Installation type and output method

Installation type: Supports multiple installation types, including base type, flange type, small flange type, torsion arm type, etc. Different installation types can be selected according to the actual installation space and work requirements, making the installation of the gearbox more flexible.

Output mode: There are two output modes: solid shaft and hollow shaft. Solid shaft output is suitable for situations where direct connection to the load is required, while hollow shaft output can be connected to the load through couplings or other connection methods, which facilitates installation and maintenance.

Input methods: There are options for input methods such as direct motor, shaft input, and flange input, which can be configured according to actual needs.
